Who are we?
Her Digital Skills* is a global program co-founded by EY, GSMA, ITU and W4, and it aims to design and provide access to free, gender transformative, foundational digital skills training, e-skills badges, and e-mentoring for one million women and girls by 2026. The initiative delivers an integrated learning pathway that combines hands-on skills workshops, recognized digital credentials, and mentoring opportunities, supporting women’s meaningful participation in the digital economy and society.
* Her Digital Skills was co-founded in 2021 under the umbrella of the EQUALS Global Partnership, as part of a broader multi-stakeholder effort to advance gender equality in the digital transformation.
Her Digital Skills Badge is hosted by the ITU Academy platform.
